Next stop is Vaishali - the go-to place for yummy South Indian food - masala dosa, idli, sambar vada. It is amazing to watch how this restaurant functions. In spite of the all the people vying for a table there are no lines - just a sea of people surging , though not aggressively , toward the man who seats people in crowded tables with the servers moving through carrying trays of food and drinks . A sight to see and experience. A delicious plate of Uthappam - a South Indian savory crepe topped with veggies.
