The long blue blocks were in our prop kit. They have proved to be very versatile. We used them for sitting everyday. You can use them for Salamba Sarvangasana and other supine poses - Supta Swastikasana, Supta Baddhakonasana, Supta Padmasana - which we did today.
The setup below with 3 or 4 (3 fold) blankets on top of the blue blocks was used for Setubandha Sarvangasana. Very adaptable indeed. After Setubandha Sarvangasana, we lay flat in Savasana with this pile of props on our thigh.
There were many fabulous gems delivered by Geetaji today. But this one caught my attention "Teach what you practice and practice what you teach"!
