Hello to all my readers,
I hope you are all practicing even a short amount of time regularly, as the festive season and holidays approaches.
- Virabhadarasana 2 with chair
- Adhomukha Savanasana wih chair and wall
- Parsvottanasana with dowels
- Adhomukha Virasana with blocks and yoga strap
- Rope 1
- Sirsasana prep at the wall
- Shoulder harnass with yoga strap
- Baddhakonasana with chair and wall
- Viparita Karani with chair and bolster
It is very easy at this time of year to feel overwhelmed with all that takes our attention - parties, shopping planning and everything else that goes into a normal day, to start missing a practice here and there. But if you do something, a couple of yoga poses during your day, not only will you feel good about the discipline, but it will also help to ease the level of anxiety and stress allowing you to deal with all that is at hand!
Start with just 3 asanas and have a blessed festive season!
