IYNAUS National Convention 2019 at Dallas
Since Thursday last week, I have been attending the IYNAUS convention in Dallas.
Abhijata Iyengar, who is Guruji's granddaughter is teaching. Abhi, as she is fondly called, is a Senior Teacher at the Ramamani Iyengar Memorial Yoga Institute (RIMYI), – the cradle of Iyengar yoga – located in Pune, India. Her teachings combine precise asana instructions with yoga philosophy and she generously shares delightful anecdotes of her grandfather as well.
Am enjoying every minute of Abhijata's superb teaching and will share more insights and experiences when I am back home. For now, wanted to share some photos here...
