As we enter the cooler seasons our feet are constantly hidden in warm socks and boots. They rarely see the light of day other than your time on the mat. The tight bindings of boots and winter shoes can leave our feet stiff and to some degree weaker as the muscles have limited movement when locked in the boots. Give your feet some well deserved attention with a myriad of exercises and asanas to keep them strong, flexible and injury free.
