“Stand on your own two feet” is a simple enough statement but after just one yoga class this sentence can take on a whole new meaning. Why is it that this can be so different depending on where our feet are placed? Why can’t I balance with two feet on the ground in Trikonasana as well as when upright even with the 2 feet placed the same way. Much is obvious, but it is the less obvious that we will seek to understand in the first part of this course.
