    Juliana's Iyengar Yoga classes have become the cement which brought together the benefits of all the training I had received in Ballet and sports. Somehow, Iyengar Yoga with Juliana has become the Alpha and the Omega of my health, getting me to recover flexibility, build strength and get proper alignment, which I could not really describe, except to say that I feel a pleasant control of my breathing and body with no longer the fear of injury, despite the years.. Get a life: practice Iyengar Yoga with Juliana!
