Pincha Mayurasana (forearm balance) is a difficult asana to master for many students, due to its complexity.
One needs strength in not only the shoulders but torso and legs- front and back; as well as mobility in shoulder girdle and pelvic girdle. In this series of 4 short videos I will address the shoulder girdle starting with the mobility - understood as flexibility of the shoulder, and proceed to ways to strengthen, as you work towards the final pose.
